Scope of Services
Dozier Adaptive Build Group LLC provides home remodeling, repair, maintenance, and general handyman services. Specific service details, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in written estimates or service agreements before work begins.Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. If additional issues are discovered during the project, pricing may be adjusted with the customer’s approval. Estimates are not binding until approved in writing by both parties.Scheduling and Access
Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property and work area during scheduled service times. Delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges.Payments
Payment terms will be stated in each estimate or contract. Unless otherwise noted:
• Deposits may be required before work begins.
• Final payment is due upon completion of services.
• Unpaid balances may accrue late fees after 30 days.Materials and Products
Dozier Adaptive Build Group LLC may supply materials or use customer‑provided materials. We are not responsible for defects in customer‑supplied materials. Any manufacturer warranties on materials apply directly to the customer.Changes to Work (Change Orders)
Any change in project scope, materials, or design must be agreed upon in writing. Changes may affect the project timeline and total cost.Warranties
